Product Introduction
Model G4-73 and Model Y4-73 boiler centrifugal blower/induced draft fan is applicable in steam boiler steam boiler centrifugal blower/induced draft fan system from thermal power station.Medium by air blower conveys is air.The maximum conveying temperature should not exceed 80℃.Medium by induced draft fan conveys is smoke gas,the maximum temperature could not exceed 250℃.In front of induced draft fan,it must set a dust elimination device to reduce the dust content of the smoke gas into the fan.According to the general usage of power plant,the dust elimination efficiency is not less than 85%.
Structure
1.Centrifugal blower/induced draft fan are made into single suction.
2.Front view is taken from the end of motor,if the impeller turns clockwise,it is called right-handed ventilator,expressed by “Right”;if it turns counterclock wise,called left-handed ventilator,expressed by “Left”.
3.The air outlet position is expressed by the air outlet angle of shell.
4.The transmission way is D type and F type,all is transmited by elastic coupling.
5.The fan is mainly composed of impeller,shell,air inlet,regulating valve and transmission group.
